What's New this Year?

The new Mercedes-Benz GLC lineup is completely redesigned. The GLC lineup and the C-Class lineup are closely related, sharing the same platform and the same powertrain. The C-Class was recently redesigned, so it's no surprise that the new GLC models also receive a similar redesign. The first thing you'll notice about the new GLC lineup is its style. The build is evolved, offering reshaped headlights and a metal strip on the grille, giving it a more modern and sleek design. The rear end also has slimmer taillights. The GLC is also larger than previous versions, with a longer wheelbase that adds to a more comfortable ride while also providing rear passengers more space to stretch out and more cargo space.

Inside the cabin, you'll also see substantial changes. The new GLC models will now have twin digital displays, along with an 11.0-inch vertical touchscreen display. There will also be an available Level 2 Drive Pilot Driver-Assistance system, a 360-degree camera system, and much more to enjoy on every outing around Big Spring and beyond.

Performance

The new Mercedes-Benz GLC lineup features one powertrain option so far, though others might be announced going forward. The main engine is a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 258-horsepower and 295 pounds-feet of torque, resulting in a quick, athletic, and enjoyable driving experience wherever your travels take you. The engine also uses a 48-volt mild-hybrid system that helps the engine achieve better efficiency and instantaneous torque, adding to its impressive athleticism.

All models come with a smooth and responsive 9-speed automatic transmission, providing you with quick shifting that also maintains a comfortable and quiet cabin. Rear-wheel drive comes standard, offering a commanding and sporty feel. As we mentioned before, the new Mercedes-Benz GLC lineup is completely redesigned. Every model has reshaped LED headlights to illuminate the way ahead, as well as slimmer LED taillights that give the vehicle a more modern appeal. 18-inch wheels come standard on all models, as does a power liftgate and power-folding side mirrors. If you want a sportier look, you can opt for the AMG Line package, which adds a unique front bumper and grille design.

Interior

Inside the cabin, you and your passengers can all relax and enjoy the ride, as all models offer spacious seating for five passengers. Behind the second row of seats, you're treated to 21.9 cubic feet of cargo space for all your storage needs. If you need more space, fold down the second row in seconds and utilize up to 56.3 cubic feet of maximum cargo space. The base GLC 300 model comes with simulated leather upholstery, though premium leather is also offered on higher trim levels. There's also standard dual-zone climate control, a household-style power outlet, and much more,, with available features like ambient interior lighting, an upgraded Burmester® sound system, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a head-up display, and much more offered throughout the different trim levels.

Technology Features

There are now two digital screens up front that display a wealth of information. All models also have a 11.9-inch portrait-oriented display touchscreen, allowing you to enjoy easy, tablet-like control over numerous features with the touch of your finger.
